Calling all urban planners and real estate developers in Toronto. It’s time to take your planning, design, and development skills to the next level by learning SketchUp.
Learning how to build a 3D-form in its context will allow you to understand the potential development of a given site, and calculate its Gross Floor Area for the purpose of preliminary review and analysis.

*This workshop will be taught using SketchUp version 2017, although any version of SketchUp is acceptable. Participants are responsible for having access to the software for the workshop.

Naama Blonder is an architect and urban planner (OAA, RPP, OPPI). She has used SketchUp as a design and feasibility tool in her work for over a decade. Naama put together this unique course for urban planners and real estate professionals to help her colleagues and clients learn how to asses the viability of a development project, especially at the early stages.
